We have a detailed MOQ for each item. We also accept the sample order but the cost will be charged as doubled and we may refund you the sample cost once the mass quantity is well confirmed.
Normally it takes about 25-40 days, but it depends on what kind of exact items you may order.
We offer a 100% guarantee on our product. If there is any quality issue occurred under normal usage, kindly help provide pictures as evidence and we will verify, we will comensate you the loss or will provide you replacament once confirm it is our problem.

It is available to accept the payments of T/T, L/C, Western Union, Chinese Bank, Wechat Pay and Alipay etc.
Normally the shipment process will be as below:
①Factory will quote based on EXW term(directly factory price), ② Customer arranges freight forwarder come to our factory for the pick up/or we can check the shipping cost from our factory to your nearest port, ③Goods will be shipped out once the final inspection is well approved by the buyer, ④ Once arrived to the port, your freight forwarder will help do the customs clearance, tariff and will delivery the goods to your warehouse.

30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment.
There will be extra charge of 10USD per CBM if the goods is more than 1CBM because we have to hire outside people to help for the off load and loading the goods. It is for free if the goods less than 1 CBM.
